Always follow the instructions of the accompanying guide. Keep your contact cellphone turned on at all times. Always carry your identification documents (ID card, passport, or other valid ID). Wear comfortable clothing; sneakers are recommended. Bring head protection (cap, hat, visor, or umbrella). Also, bring a sweater, as most vehicles are sealed and have air conditioning that cannot be turned off. A large part of the activity is done on foot. If you have reduced mobility, please contact us in advance. If you have any special medical prescriptions, please inform us immediately upon booking or notify the guide so they can take them into account.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking is restricted while the guide is coordinating group activities or in common areas of transportation. Property Damage: Any damage caused by the traveler to hotels, restaurants, points of interest, or any other locations visited during the tour must be fully covered by the responsible traveler. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes.

Force Majeure: The Agency is not responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by delays due to road conditions, airports, or any unforeseen events beyond its control. Luggage and Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their belongings. Valuable items should not be placed in storage compartments and should be carried in a personal bag at all times. Traveler Behavior: The Agency reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior (including but not limited to alcohol abuse, drug use, or obscene conduct) disrupts the normal flow or coexistence of the tour.
