Note 1: Passengers must arrive at the meeting point selected at the time of purchase. If a passenger arrives at a different meeting point, the agency will not be responsible for any inconveniences this may cause, including additional expenses or the inability to join the tour. The guide will follow the meeting point listed on their roster. If the passenger changes the meeting point and does not notify the agency at least 24 hours in advance, the passenger will be responsible for any resulting issues. Note 2: To allow communication during pickup or throughout the tour, it is essential to provide a valid contact phone number for at least one traveler. If the agency does not have this information, it will not be responsible for any inconveniences, including additional costs or missed tours. Please note that only 5 minutes will be waited at each meeting point. If the guide cannot contact the passenger, the tour will continue, and the passenger must join the tour at their own expense. All luggage and personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Punctuality is essential for the success of the tour; therefore, the guide is authorized to depart without passengers who do not comply with this requirement. Any passenger misconduct that causes delays or disrupts the normal flow of activities may result in immediate removal from the tour (including excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or inappropriate behavior). The consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking is restricted while the guide is coordinating group activities. Any damage caused by the passenger to hotels, restaurants, or points of interest included in the tour must be assumed by the passenger. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes. For everyone’s protection, the use of face masks is mandatory during the tour and may only be removed while eating or drinking. Remember that communities open their doors with warmth and hospitality, and it is everyone’s responsibility to help prevent the spread of illness among local residents during our visit.

Niños de 0 a 4 años pagan $16.000 y van cargados, el valor pagado solo cubre tarjeta de asistencia. Esta tarifa aplica cuando el grupo total de pasajeros (adutos y niños) no supera las 4 personas, si el grupo es mayor a 4 personas se cambia el tipo de vehículo y la tarifa por niño es de $60.000. Niños de 5 años en adelante pagan la misma tarifa de adulto.

The consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking is restricted while the guide is coordinating group activities or in shared transportation areas. Property Damage Any damage caused by the traveler to hotels, restaurants, or sites visited during the tour must be fully covered by the responsible traveler. Pets Pets are not allowed on any of the routes.

The Agency is not responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by delays due to road conditions, airports, or any unforeseen events beyond its control. Luggage and Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their belongings. Valuable items should not be placed in storage compartments and should be carried in a personal bag at all times. Traveler Behavior: The Agency reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior (including but not limited to alcohol abuse, drug use, or obscene conduct) disrupts the normal flow or coexistence of the tour.
