Always follow the instructions of the accompanying tour guide. Keep your contact cellphone turned on at all times and always carry your identification documents (ID card, passport, or other valid ID). Be punctual: only 5 minutes will be waited at the meeting point. Wear comfortable clothing. Sneakers are recommended for footwear, and please bring head protection (cap, hat, visor, or umbrella). Also, bring a sweater, as most buses are sealed and have air conditioning that cannot be turned off. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes. A large part of the activity involves walking. If you have reduced mobility, please contact us in advance. If you have any special medical prescriptions, please inform us immediately upon receiving the instructions or notify the tour guide so they can take them into account. Seat assignment on the bus is based on the order of reservation. Priority is given to seniors, people with disabilities, pregnant women, or passengers with health conditions (knee or back issues) who have medical certification. In the event of any road delays, the agency will not be responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by such delays. In accordance with Law 1336 of 2009, we adhere to a code of conduct to protect minors from sexual exploitation and abuse. The legal consequences of such behavior are established in the Criminal Code.

Note 1: Passengers must arrive only at the meeting point selected at the time of purchase. If they arrive at a different location without notifying the Agency at least 24 hours in advance, the Agency will not be responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred. Note 2: At least one traveler must provide a contact mobile phone number at the time of booking. If this information is not provided, the Agency will not be responsible for any issues that may arise.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes is restricted while the guide is coordinating group activities or in shared transportation areas. Property Damage Any damage caused by a traveler during the tour must be fully covered by the responsible individual. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes.

Force Majeure: The Agency is not responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by delays due to road conditions, airports, or any unforeseen events beyond its control. Luggage and Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their belongings. Valuable items should not be placed in storage compartments and should be carried in a personal bag at all times. Traveler Behavior: The Agency reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior (including but not limited to alcohol abuse, drug use, or obscene conduct) disrupts the normal flow or coexistence of the tour.
