Keep your contact cellphone turned on at all times. Always carry your identification documents (ID card, passport, or other valid identification). Be punctual: only 5 minutes will be waited at the meeting point. Wear comfortable clothing. For footwear, sneakers are recommended. Bring head protection (cap, hat, visor, or umbrella). Also, bring a sweater, as most buses are sealed and have air conditioning that cannot be turned off. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes. A large part of the activity is done on foot. If you have reduced mobility, please contact us in advance. If you have any special medical prescriptions, please inform us immediately when you receive the instructions or notify the tour guide so they can take them into account. Seat assignment on the bus is based on the order of reservation. Priority is given to seniors, people with disabilities, pregnant women, or passengers with health conditions (knee or back issues) who have medical certification. In the event of any delays on the road, the agency will not be responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by such delays. In accordance with Law 1336 of 2009, we adhere to a code of conduct aimed at protecting minors from sexual exploitation and abuse. The legal consequences of such conduct are established in the Criminal Code.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes is restricted while the guide is coordinating group activities or in shared transportation areas. Property Damage Any damage caused by a traveler in hotels, restaurants, attractions, or any other location visited during the tour must be fully covered by the responsible individual. Pets are not allowed on any of the routes.

Force Majeure The Agency is not responsible for lost time or additional expenses caused by delays due to road conditions, airports, or any unforeseen events beyond its control. Luggage and Personal Belongings Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Once luggage is stored, it will not be returned until the destination is reached. Valuable items (e.g., electronic devices, money, jewelry) are not stored in luggage compartments. It is recommended to carry valuables in a personal backpack or handbag. Traveler Behavior The Agency reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour whose behavior (including but not limited to alcohol abuse, drug use, or obscene conduct) causes delays or disrupts the normal flow and coexistence of the group.
