This page explains how cancellations, booking changes, and refunds work for transfer reservations booked on this site.

At a glance
- More than 24 hours before pickup: 95% refund.
- Between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours: non-refundable.
Refund schedule
Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled pickup time.
Advance cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
12–24 hours

Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Less than 12 hours
0%
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are not refundable.
Additional terms
No-shows
If the customer does not show up at the agreed pickup time and has not notified us in advance, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Reservation modifications
Changes to the transfer date or time may be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Force majeure
If a cancellation is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or emergencies, we may reschedule the transfer or offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
